Evolve Graduate Program Overview

AWE plc is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Evolve Graduate Program as a Quality Engineer. This two-year development scheme offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of customer satisfaction and the tools and processes utilized in measuring business performance and delivery
  • Gain a good understanding of configuration and change management techniques
  • Develop an understanding of improvement techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma, RLI, etc.
  • Be able to develop, implement, and maintain management systems, processes, procedures, and other supporting documentation
  • Gain experience in auditing from definition/scheduling through to implementation, reporting, and close-out

Requirements
  • You are a recent graduate or will graduate by September 2025
  • You will graduate with a minimum of a 2:2 in your degree, typically in any science or engineering subject
  • You must be able to join AWE in September 2025
  • Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role
  • You are a UK national who has not lived overseas within the last 10 years
