A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Optical Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in a busy store surrounded by a supportive and close-knit team of around 20 strong who are willing to help and aid you in the right direction, as they are big on team building and work to provide an excellent customer experience.

You will be working on the shop floor in the dispensing team. Your role will involve assisting junior members of the team with any difficult questions and general troubleshooting. You will also have a valued input as a member of the store's dispensing team.

Compensation: A competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependent on experience is on offer, along with a team-based bonus scheme and additional benefits such as 2 free glasses per year, progression into management or a more clinical route, plus 28 days holiday.
