Minimum Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of transport and warehouse operations.
  2. Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, transportation, and store replenishment.
  3. Proven track record of managing complex change programmes and balancing multiple internal customers.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide content advice and support.
  5. Experience in logistics network development, including network design and transport models.
  6. Knowledge of commercial goods margin models and supply chain optimisation techniques.
  7. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners and suppliers.
  8. Current knowledge of employment law and regulations.
