A leading wholesaler is seeking a seasoned Programme Change Manager to lead a 2-year transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a logistics network strategy to support the company's growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Leadership Team to design and deliver a programme of activity to create a fit-for-purpose logistics network.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery to stores.
Minimum Requirements:
- Significant experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of transport and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, transportation, and store replenishment.
- Proven track record of managing complex change programmes and balancing multiple internal customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide content advice and support.
- Experience in logistics network development, including network design and transport models.
- Knowledge of commercial goods margin models and supply chain optimisation techniques.
