We are partnering with a reputable charity organisation in West Yorkshire to recruit a Workforce EDI and Culture Lead on a temporary three-month contract.
The day rate is negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch a comprehensive staff survey focused on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and organisational culture, facilitated through the Edgecome platform.
- Coordinate the entire launch process, taking a leadership role, and engaging actively with staff members to encourage participation and provide necessary support.
- Collaborate with senior management to review results, analyse data, and field findings to each directorate for further action.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Report and work closely with senior leaders to interpret data.
- Review the GDP EDI data report, ensure its thorough completion, and oversee the launch of the final report across the organisation.
- Coordinate with culture champions to facilitate a supportive and inclusive environment for interns, promoting their professional growth and integration.
