Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, lighting, and media equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing technical support for audio, video, lighting, or media equipment.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
