Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehab

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Neuro Rehabilitation service. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal function and quality of life.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure patients are meeting their goals and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Participate in education and training activities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of our service.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
CSP recognized degree/diploma in Physiotherapy.Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.Experience working with neurological conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties as necessary.
