About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in community-based settings and a passion for working with patients with neurological conditions. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions in community-based settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination
  • Contribute to the development of our services and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • CSP recognised Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Evidence of attendance at relevant post-graduate courses
