Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehab

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Neuro Rehabilitation service. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members.
