Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehabilitation to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Physiotherapy Service, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective patient-focused care to service users within primary and secondary care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Practice in accordance with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Rules of Professional Conduct and The Health Professions Council Regulations.
- Develop and implement holistic care packages tailored to individual needs, with the aim of maximizing function and improving quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Contribute to service development and audit, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist Specialist Community Neuro Rehabilitation with the following qualifications and experience:
- CSP recognized Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Completion of core junior rotations (Respiratory/neurological/musculo-skeletal).
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development/Lifelong Learning Activities.
