Advanced Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Integrated MSK Physiotherapy service at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with musculoskeletal conditions, providing evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation, and contributing to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including treatment and rehabilitation, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of our service, including the training of rotational team members and students.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.
- HCPC registration and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Postgraduate experience in MSK physiotherapy, including out-patients and acute settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centred care.
- Knowledge of quality issues and CQC standards.
