Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions, focusing on community-based rehabilitation and support.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient independence and well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments, set realistic goals, and provide evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and guidelines for community-based physiotherapy services.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
CSP recognized Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.Experience working with patients with neurological conditions, preferably in a community-based setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.-
