Lead OT for Multidisciplinary Rheumatology Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive Rheumatology Occupational Therapy Team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services, supervising student occupational therapists, and contributing to service developments.
Main Responsibilities and Requirements- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a physical setting and with rheumatological conditions.
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and leadership skills.
The salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.
