Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Governance Officer to join our team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in corporate governance and develop your skills in meeting administration and complaint management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Board Meetings, Board Sub-Committee meetings and internal committees and meetings as required.
  • Assist the Governance Manager to ensure that corporate governance and conduct is at the highest standard.
  • Manage responses to Subject Access Requests and Data Breaches.
  • Coordinate complaints in line with policy.
Requirements
  • Experience of servicing meetings at Board or Committee level.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer service skills.
  • IT skills, confident user of Microsoft including Teams and SharePoint.

  • 35 hours per week.
