Job Title: Youth Therapist
Salary and Benefits:The starting salary for this position is £24,931 per year. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as paid vacation time and sick leave.
Job Description:This role involves providing face-to-face therapeutic intervention and support to young people struggling with drug and alcohol use. You will work in accordance with the Welsh Government Treatment Frameworks and NICE guidance to deliver high-quality care and treatment.
You will be expected to follow Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the care and treatment provided is safe and of a high standard. Additionally, you will be required to work in line with evidence-based practice and up-to-date professional standards and legislation.
Working Hours and Location:This is a 37-hour per week position, working day shifts from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The job is hybrid remote, with occasional visits to Barry CF62 6PD.
