Job OverviewWe are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. As part of the human resources team, you will be responsible for taking care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site.
Salary and BenefitsYou will earn a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications.
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records.
- Past HR administrative experience.
- Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
