About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Leadership and Transformation Director to join our Workforce and Organisation (W&O) team at Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our Programme and Change capability team, you will engage with clients to propose and deliver benefits through their programmes, leveraging our collective strengths in Consulting, Technology, and Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new business in the market, providing advisory services across disciplines, including business strategy, market growth strategy, and operational improvement.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with senior client leadership, identifying key issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Shape and deliver large, complex transformation programmes, utilizing a combination of our organisation's relationships and your own network to generate significant consulting revenues.
  • Establish yourself as a visible business leader in the Consulting and Industry community, speaking at conferences, authoring thought leadership, and participating in industry round tables.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of business strategy, market growth strategy, and operational improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
