Job Title: Programme Director

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of high-value programmes that align with our organisational strategy. As a Programme Director, you will be responsible for scoping, mobilising, managing, and delivering programmes that achieve strategic objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to diverse project teams
  • Effectively manage the interdependencies between programmes
  • Ensure programmes are delivered within agreed budgets and contribute to strategic aims
  • Support and represent the views of senior stakeholders
Programme Overview:

The role will support the delivery of several programmes, including Culture, Customer, and Artificial Intelligent. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that programmes meet overall time, cost, and quality requirements.

Requirements:
  • Experience of leading large-scale, high-value, strategically important programmes and projects to successful conclusion
  • Ability to establish and implement governance structures to ensure that projects within the programme adhere to AQA policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Proven track record of successfully developing teams to achieve business and professional development goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and translate a vision into achievable goals and provide clear direction to achieve programme outcomes
