Murton Dental Care is a 3 surgery dental practice providing NHS, Plan and Private dental care with a mixed team of Dentists, Therapists, Practice Manager and TCO. We are a busy and well-reputed dental care provider in the area, expanding and refurbishing our current premises. We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this role.

Duties

- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatments

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the surgery

- Prepare instruments and materials for dental procedures

- Provide support and reassurance to patients before, during, and after treatment

- Process dental X-rays and maintain patient records

- Manage stock levels of dental materials and supplies

Requirements

- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team

- Excellent patient care skills

- Clear communication skills

- Proficiency in IT for maintaining digital records

- Fluency in English for effective patient interaction

This role is open to a qualified GDC registered nurse. GDC Registration is paid, and further training, qualifications, and attendance of courses will be encouraged and supported by the practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
