About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our outpatient reception team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. As an Outpatient Receptionist, you will provide a comprehensive and professional reception service to support patients attending outpatient appointments.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of reception duties, including meet and greet and clinic management on the patient administration system.
- Ensure all activity is accurate and up to date, and work in conjunction with the clinical and managerial teams to ensure follow-up appointments are booked as instructed.
- Undertake clerical duties to ensure a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service.
