We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our office and ensuring that all internal processes are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with general internal running and operations
- Be the heart of the office, providing administrative support and coordination
- Perform day-to-day office duties, including scheduling meetings, travel, and team events
- Assist with monthly business planning and data analysis
- Help set up and organize internal meetings and coordinate employee relations
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc diary management and administrative tasks
- Ensure office consumables are well stocked
Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role as a Business/Office Manager
- Project coordination, diary management, recruitment support, and people plan development and engagement
- Facilities support, book travel and accommodation, and executive projects
- IT literacy, including MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
