Business Operations Manager

As a key member of the MHR team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced Business Support Services Manager to lead our operations team and contribute to the development of our business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of high performance, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Make sound judgments under pressure, utilizing your deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and the broader economic context to inform decisions and drive strategic thinking.
- Ensure operational processes deliver high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the Service Design Team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with business functions, supporting company-wide initiatives.
- Identify potential risks in operational processes, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
