Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the national administration manager, business support hub leader, and other team leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assess the effectiveness of current processes and procedures, and report back to the national administration manager with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage a local administration team, ensuring that they work together to provide a high-quality service to our local offices.
- Ensure a first-class service is provided to our clients and stakeholders.
- Review, prioritize, and redistribute work as needed to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide management information and support to direct reports, and ensure they adhere to agreed ways of working.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Previous people supervision/management experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong consultative skills and ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures.
- Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
