Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team at Commify. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating key acquisitions from a sales, service, and operations perspective.
The role will involve:
- Integrating all aspects of sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and sales processes for acquisitions globally
- Developing and driving the sales forecasting change process while maintaining strong relationships with acquired companies
- Helping deliver change in acquired businesses from existing sales, service, and marketing models to optimized ones
- Working with the Sales Operations Director to establish goals to support business segments revenue goals
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and taking ownership of all data in acquired businesses' CRM platforms
- Providing continuous training on Salesforce and CRM best practices for acquired businesses
- Implementing sales incentive plans for territories and supporting the financial plans of the Group
- Completing ad hoc business analysis as required
Requirements:
- Strong focus and understanding of sales activities, including sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and sales process optimization
- Data-centric attitude with the ability to cut through noise and use data effectively to tell the narrative on business performance
- Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex sales data and derive coherent deliverables
- Proven experience in delivering business change projects
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and appreciation of marketing processes, strategies, and pipeline
- Proven experience within commercial finance/sales support in a complex business-to-business environment
- Results-driven and target-focused
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent commercial acumen

- Ability to present at board level
- Experience of working in an M&A environment and assisting acquired businesses through the integration phase for sales, service, and marketing
