About the Job

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our regional customers.

Your responsibilities will include managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, building relationships with regular customers and managing daily deliveries and collections within the depot.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling in-bound order/sales enquiries. You should also be comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures.

A flexible and adaptable approach is required, as you will enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment where you will manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.

You will also have access to a 24/7 employee assistance helpline, counselling services and financial wellbeing support.
