Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Experience Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering and assessing St John Ambulance courses to the required standard and content.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining own subject and professional competence in accordance with organisational requirements.
  • Building security, opening and closing venues, and lone working.
  • Working with permanent staff, casual workers, and volunteers to maintain good relationships and high standards of training and assessing.
  • Piloting new initiatives in training when required.
  • Accurate completion and prompt submission of all relevant course documentation.
Benefits Package

The role offers a competitive salary of approximately £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, generous pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), options to buy and sell holiday, Blue Light and NHS discounts, death in service, eye care and mental health, wellbeing tools, and volunteer days.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, adaptable, and engaging, with experience of teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to groups of adults. An enhanced DBS check is a requirement for this role.
