Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Residential Children's Support Professional to join our team based in Kirkham, Lancashire.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week within a specialist service where you will be part of a team providing support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Main Responsibilities:- Attend staff meetings and supervisions.
- Lead by example, demonstrating accountability for decisions made regarding the welfare of young people and staff during shifts.
- Safeguard vulnerable children, reporting any suspicion or evidence of harm.
- Pursue continuous professional development.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with a team of professionals to provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through regular training and development opportunities.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with young people.
- Hold an NVQ Diploma level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
