We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our purchase ledger and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts administration, with a focus on purchase ledger and subcontractor ledger. You will be responsible for verifying and processing subcontractor invoices, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling supplier statements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our site managers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Verify and process subcontractor invoices and payments
  • Process supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Perform ad-hoc finance-related duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts administration, with a focus on purchase ledger and subcontractor ledger
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT competency, including Excel and accounts systems
  • Ability to work effectively with site managers and other stakeholders

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000 pro rata, plus benefits.
