Hays Construction and Property is seeking an Architect to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and Microstation, with the ability to train others.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a small but well-established studio. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of industrial, retail, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with directors and other architects to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in architectural design and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic Clerkenwell studio location
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week from home
- Flexible start and finish times
£43,000 - £47,000 per annum
