Project Overview:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their building projects team as an Architectural Project Manager - Building Projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic architectural practice based in Hertfordshire and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages and will enjoy running projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include leading a small team to design and develop projects across various sectors, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, and preparing detailed architectural drawings.

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities and will be able to manage projects from concept to completion. If you are a driven individual who enjoys running projects through all RIBA stages, we encourage you to apply.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • RIBA chartered
  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
  • Proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Lead a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings
  • Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
