Key Responsibilities

As an Organizational Trainer, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality learning and development service to our participants. This will involve planning, delivering, and evaluating training projects, as well as working closely with senior staff and other stakeholders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training sessions that meet the needs of our participants
  • Providing feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Liaising with senior staff and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
