Shopper Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at a major FMCG food brand. As a key member of our head office team, you will work closely with key retail customers to develop and deliver impactful shopper marketing campaigns that drive interest at the point of purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omni-shopper marketing campaign strategies for key accounts.
  • Lead customer presentations and drive regular contact with key accounts.
  • Manage the launch of new products and innovation platforms in store to drive trial and penetration.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agency partners.
  • Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Executive.
  • Manage budget and investment levels for key accounts.
  • Promote a 'shopper first' mindset across the business.
  • Interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to inform prioritized opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience in a leading FMCG environment.
  • Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns.
  • Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints.
  • Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
