Shopper Marketing Manager

The Shopper Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving professional and consumer penetration growth through our omnichannel scale-up and market share growth plans across Retail Hair, Professional & Consumer Nail, and Professional and Consumer Premium Haircare channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to drive consideration, conversion, and customer penetration across our priority brands.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to develop visual merchandising solutions that drive physical availability, shelf impact, and conversion in-store.
- Project manage the design, development, and deployment of in-store experiences, working with local agencies and production partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Ensure global merchandising guidelines and toolkits are converted into suitable executions, arbitrating between global, regional, brand, and commercial teams.
- Work with Trade Marketing teams to outline proposals as part of the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring space plans align with global and retailer guidelines.
- Develop and drive store execution plans for flagship projects, showcasing the best expression of our brand across salon, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Analyze performance of in-store execution, tracking store vs estate performance and SKU performance uplift analysis, and run rate analysis to inform future strategies.
- Growth in B&M sales, run rates, space productivity, brand ranking vs competitors, store sales uplifts, customer penetration, and market share in retailers with refitted vs non-fitted stores.
- On-time delivery of store roll-out plans involving permanent merchandising deliverables.
- On-budget delivery of all plans.
- Alignment of executions to global guidelines and local best practice.
- Delivery of global best-in-class merchandising and brand visual merchandising execution examples.
- 5 years of experience in Shopper Marketing.
- Proven experience of working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Immaculate attention to detail.
- Track record of project management and ownership.
- Capable in financial and insight-led data analysis to drive shopper-first thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Brand guardian and custodian experience.
- Strong visualization skills (ideally with digital design capabilities).
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Experience in artwork management.
- Category management experience an added benefit.
