About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our CRM insights team, providing strategic guidance on data analysis and interpretation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve our conservation efforts. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions and drive positive change for wildlife in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve conservation outcomes
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions
* Provide training and support to staff on data analysis and interpretation

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, environmental science)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation
* Strong understanding of data visualization and communication principles
* Experience working with large datasets and data analytics tools
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
