Head of Education and Training – Aesthetics

CHASE is a leading international healthcare company with a strong presence in the UK Medical dermatology marketplace. They promote several products to Medical Aesthetic professionals, including a leading botulinum toxin and a range of facial fillers.

The Head of Education and Training will lead a team of Clinical Specialists to provide hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK & Ireland in the use of their non-surgical products. This role will ensure that practitioners are competent to use the range of products safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer education and training strategies to enhance customer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers who require technical/clinical hands-on product support.
  • Provide tailored support to customers, including training on product usage, filler techniques, and injection methods.
  • Lead the development of customer education and technical training strategies, plans, and programs.
  • Review and validate training plans to ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Drive the strategy of the entire training project lifecycle and ensure a strong return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building processes.
  • Medical expertise and experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to Healthcare practitioners.
  • Qualifications and registration to be covered by cosmetic insurance policy.
  • Competency in performing treatments/procedures with the products.
  • Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and train large audiences.
