Head of Education and Training - Aesthetics

Our client is a leading international healthcare company with a strong presence in the UK medical dermatology market. They offer a range of products to medical aesthetic professionals, including a leading botulinum toxin and facial fillers.

The Head of Education and Training will lead a team of clinical specialists to provide hands-on support to medical aesthetic customers across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer education and training strategies, working closely with the sales team to identify customers who require technical and clinical support.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, medical expertise, and experience in the commercial healthcare sector. They will also possess the necessary qualifications and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer education and training strategies
  • Lead a team of clinical specialists to provide hands-on support to medical aesthetic customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customers who require technical and clinical support
  • Review and validate training plans to achieve learning solution objectives
  • Drive the strategy of the entire training project lifecycle

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building processes
  • Medical expertise and experience in the commercial healthcare sector
  • Necessary qualifications and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy
