We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team at Veeva Systems, Inc.

About the Role:

  • As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will work with life sciences customers to implement and configure our cloud-based solutions, including eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments.
  • You will lead workshops to discuss customer requirements and guide them towards best design decisions.
  • You will also be responsible for documenting design decisions and monitoring Veeva Vault configuration to ensure it matches the agreed-upon design.
  • In addition, you will support customers in validation activities and write validation documentation.
  • You will deliver onsite or remote training and submit product enhancement requests based on project experience.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • You should have experience working in clinical trials with a demonstrated understanding of compliance considerations and processes.
  • Alternatively, you may have experience working on implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for at least one of the following solutions: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments.
  • You should have some understanding of life sciences content management principles and some understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
  • You must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment and have proven ability to do so.
  • You should also be able to travel as required and possess good communication skills in English.
  • A Bachelor's degree or above is required, and you must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union and the UK.

Benefits:

  • Our estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.

  • You will also receive additional annual leave over Christmas break and free lunch on Tuesday in our office.
