Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Octane Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service department, managing daily operations, and ensuring all procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operation of the service department
  • Ensure that service reception has obtained start numbers for all work, including further updates for all additional work
  • Take full control of the WIP on a daily basis to ensure it is kept under KPI levels

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a methodical approach to problem solving. They will also have experience working as a Service or Depot Manager within a Main Dealer.
