Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Mainstream School

**Job Description**
We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant position at a mainstream school in the Loughborough area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their academic and personal goals.
**About the Role**
You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans, provide support to students in various educational settings, and contribute to creating a nurturing environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support students with SEN in various educational settings
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour-based instruction to promote student engagement and progress
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
**Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience working with children with SEN
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
