Special Needs Teaching Assistant Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to work with us in Leicester. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEN, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with students, demonstrate a genuine interest in their well-being, and provide individualized support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN in mainstream primary schools
- Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
£83-95 per day, plus additional benefits including training and support provided by the school.
