We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Front of House team in Bracknell. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional hospitality and service.

This part-time contract offers a rare work-life balance, with 10 hours per week guaranteed. If you're passionate about the hospitality industry, have excellent communication skills, and are adaptable to changing demands, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to all visitors
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
