Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure plant availability and reliability through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Investigate and resolve recurring plant issues to maximize uptime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize plant performance.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through plant improvements and energy efficiency measures.
  • Develop and maintain technical reports on plant incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical plant engineering, with a focus on reliability and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
