Sales Engineering Professional

We are looking for a Sales Engineering Professional to join our client's team, a leading manufacturer of fine work holding products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion through effective field sales strategies and action plans.
Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 (DOE) + Bonus
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to offer tailored work holding solutions. They will work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide innovative solutions, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing field sales strategies and action plans
- Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Active consulting and support of customers
- Identification of customer needs and offering of work holding solutions
- Compelling presentation and sales of product range on site and online
- Increasing sales and market share
- Acquisition of new customers to extend the customer base
- Participation in trade shows and customer open house
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participation in professional societies
