Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  2. Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients across the UK, including site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues;">
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including sales, marketing, and logistics;">
  4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and client interactions, including hours worked, expenses incurred, and any issues or challenges encountered;">
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field service engineer position;">
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including diagnosis and repair techniques;">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration;">
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (company vehicle provided).">
