Global Accounting Network is partnered exclusively with a well-respected building services company to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performance finance team in a great working environment, providing valuable experience and career development opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase ledgers, including coding invoices, reviewing queries, and setting up supplier accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Evolution / FSI Go, proficient skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and strong communication skills. They will also possess financial knowledge, including credits, accruals, and pro-rata calculations. The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary, company benefits, and a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to achieve goals and objectives, while also having opportunities for growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase ledgers, including coding invoices and reviewing queries.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules.
- Assist with payment runs.
Requirements:
