**About the role**
- You will undertake a variety of administrative duties.
- You will provide welcoming and professional support and assistance to guests and volunteers upon arrival/departure.
- You manage the reception area of our Centre professionally and effectively, when required.
- You will ensure that processes and systems for the recruitment and on-boarding for volunteers are effectively implemented and comply with both external requirements and internal standards.

**About you**

You will have experience of providing customer-friendly face to face support to colleagues and members of the public.

You can work effectively as a part of a team.

You can accurately and efficiently complete basic record-keeping and administrative duties including computer-based administrative tasks.

You can follow instructions and demonstrate initiative in getting tasks done.

You are able to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, volunteers, and guests.

You communicate professionally and effectively with a range of people on behalf of Revitalise including guests and volunteers.
