**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Direct Staffing Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, strong analytical skills, and experience with large-scale applications, including CRM and ERP solutions.

**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $170,000 per year

**Responsibilities**
  • Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with IT partners to design, develop, and implement software solutions that support business process improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. 6+ years of experience in an IT business analytics role leading teams and business solutions analysis projects.
  3. Demonstrated business analyst work with large-scale applications, including CRM and ERP solutions.
