About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to adults with intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, built on trust, respect, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities or similar vulnerable groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse needs and situations.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
