We offer a competitive salary of £21,402 - £28,630 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have full-time equivalent experience as a Healthcare Support Worker/Trainee in a care setting.

The successful candidate will possess insight into the role and responsibilities of this post, with the ability to describe the importance of delivering high-quality care to patients. Knowledge of the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers (2013) is also essential.

Job Description:

This role requires cross-site working across all four districts, including evening and weekend shifts. The selected candidate will be required to attend our Clinical Induction Programme for Clinical Support Workers, which includes classroom-based training and supernumerary shifts in the clinical area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full-time equivalent experience as a Healthcare Support Worker/Trainee in a care setting
  • Knowledge of the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers (2013)
  • NVQ/Diploma level 2 in Healthcare or equivalent healthcare qualification
