Job Title: IT Vendor Performance Manager

Glory Global is seeking a highly skilled IT Vendor Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vendors meet our performance expectations and align with our contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in the change and release management approval process
  • Examine measured results for problem determination and root-cause analysis
  • Work with vendors on continuous improvement
  • Assess internal customer satisfaction levels with selected vendors
  • Guide service activities to maintain and enhance gains achieved through corrective actions
  • Set vendor/service provider performance direction and priorities
  • Prepare new SLAs and KPIs as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (such as general business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance)
  • Five years in IT service delivery, IT contract management, or general vendor management
  • Project management, sourcing, business analytics, IT service management, vendor relationship management, procurement, or prior vendor performance management background
  • Experience in IT value and performance management frameworks, indicators, and supplier service level agreement
  • ITIL experience desired
  • Exposure to ServiceNow and Power BI
  • Data-savvy, strong data analysis capabilities
  • Able to bridge communications between the IT organization and its business customers
