Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Executive

At JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Japanese speaking sales executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, building relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, and ensuring the meets or exceeds its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue.
  2. Identify new market opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
  3. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  2. Fluent in English and professional understanding of Japanese Culture.
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
  1. Customer-focused with a passion for travel.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of 38K~42K GBP (Depending on your experience) and a hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will be based in Central London and will have the opportunity to work with a leading international company in the hospitality industry.
